The hostel had a great location, with easy access to city buses and the metro. There were also coffee shops and street food vendors nearby, making it convenient to grab a quick bite. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, a nice touch for a budget-friendly stay.
The cleanliness of the hostel. The kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas could have been cleaner and more organized.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was charming and made me feel right at home. The common areas were beautifully maintained, providing ample space for relaxation and socializing. As a senior, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with well-lit spaces and conveniently located amenities.
Just a small observation, I would have loved to see the bathroom and kitchen areas a little cleaner. However, the children working there were always helpful and accommodating, so I have no doubt they would address this improvement.

The location of the hostel was absolutely perfect for us senior travelers. It was centrally situated, making it convenient to explore the city and visit popular attractions. The ambience of the hostel was delightful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The decoration throughout the common areas was tasteful and charming, making us feel right at home.
If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and polite, it would have been helpful to have more support in terms of carrying luggage or providing guidance on local transportation.

The room at Zostel Chennai was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely view that added to the overall charm. The private entrance gave it a homely feel, and the tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance. The presence of air conditioning and free WiFi made my stay even more convenient.
Personally, I found the private bathroom a bit small, but that's just my subjective opinion. Others may still enjoy it.
